How can a professional website cost only $25 a month?
We build lean. Sites are hand-coded and hosted on efficient infrastructure, so there are no page-builder subscriptions or expensive hosting costs to pass on. The plan has a clear scope, which keeps the work predictable.
Why do I need to pay five months upfront?
Most of the work happens before launch: design, build, testing and setup. The $125 upfront payment covers that work and is what keeps the monthly price at $25.
What exactly is included?
Design and build of up to 10 pages, a free domain, hosting and SSL, an enquiry form, SEO setup, a business email address and 2 hours of updates a month. The full list also shows what isn't included.
Is the domain really free?
Yes. We register a .com or .com.au domain for you and cover the cost while your plan is active. If you already own a domain, we'll use that instead. If you cancel, the domain is transferred to you to keep, and renewals from then on are yours to pay.
Will I get a business email address?
Yes. Mail sent to an address like hello@yourbusiness.com.au is forwarded to the inbox you already use, such as Gmail or Outlook. To send email from that address too, you need a full mailbox from a provider like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. We'll set it up and they bill you directly.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting and SSL are included in your plan. Online shops, very busy sites and custom web apps may need a bigger plan. Contact us and we'll quote a good price.
What's the extra security add-on?
For $5 a month on top of your plan, we add stricter firewall and bot-blocking rules, check your site's security every month, and set up alerts if your site goes down. Every site is secure as standard; this is for businesses that want extra protection.
Can I request a custom design?
Every site is designed for the business it belongs to. Bring examples you like, your logo and colours, and we design around them. The concepts at the top of this page show the range.
Can I make changes after launch?
Yes. Up to 2 hours of updates a month are included: text, photos, prices, opening hours and small additions. Bigger changes are quoted before we start.
What happens after the first five months?
You pay $25 a month, billed monthly. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Include the link in your enquiry and we'll tell you whether it fits the standard plan or needs a custom quote.
How long does it take?
Most sites take one to three weeks once we have your content: logo, text and photos. Your plan includes a target launch date.
Will my website work on mobile?
Yes. Sites are designed for phones first, then tested on tablets and desktops before launch.
Is my website secure?
It's built to be: HTTPS everywhere, strict security settings, spam-protected forms and no plugin-based admin panel to patch. No website can be guaranteed unhackable, but this removes the most common ways small-business sites get broken into. For more, add extra security.
What happens if I stop paying?
If a payment is missed and not resolved within 14 days, the site is taken offline. We'll send you your text and images on request.
How do I pay?
By card, PayID or PayPal. Card and PayID have no extra fee. PayPal payments carry a 5% surcharge, shown on your invoice before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
You pay nothing until you accept a written plan. Once you accept it and work begins, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
